Payment and cancellation conditions

The reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from Cat´s Zone and after a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation price has been paid.

Payment conditions:

Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer to 1035998098/5500 .
The deposit of 50 % of the total accommodation price is due within 3 days of the reservation confirmation.

Cancellation conditions:

  1. In case of a reservation cancellation 21 days before check-in, we charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the accommodation price.
  2. In case of a reservation cancellation 7 days before check-in, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation price.
  3. In case of a reservation cancellation 3 days before check-in, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the accommodation price.

Accommodation Conditions

  1. The operator of the Cat Zone cat hotel commits to properly caring for the animal, including ensuring regular feeding, providing water, maintaining an appropriate room temperature (maximum 18 degrees Celsius), and placing the animal in an individual or double box, as well as providing any additional care as outlined in the Cat Accommodation Agreement.
  2. The owner of the animal must ensure that the animal is healthy and does not show any signs of an infectious disease.
  3. The owner is required to provide the hotel operator with the animal’s vaccination record, including proof of valid vaccinations (the basic three: against rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia).
  4. Male animals are required to be neutered.
  5. In the event of a change in the animal’s health, the operator is required to arrange for veterinary care and promptly inform the owner. The costs for treatment due to illness, not caused by the operator’s negligence, are the responsibility of the cat owner, who must cover the veterinary expenses upon presentation of the bill, including an additional charge of 400 CZK for daytime visits or 600 CZK for nighttime visits.
  6. The owner must provide their own food for the entire duration of the stay or to order hotel´s full board. If the provided food is insufficient, the operator will supply additional food from their own reserves. The animal owner is responsible for covering the cost of any extra food provided beyond order confirmed via Cat Accommodation Agreement.
  7. The animal owner is obliged to pay for any damages that can be clearly attributed to the accommodated animal upon its return.
  8. In the event of earlier departure before the agreed date or no show of the animal, a 100 % cancellation fee applies. The pre-paid amount in such case is non-refundable.
  9. In the event of an extended stay, the owner is required to pay the additional amount for the extra services (accommodation and food & beverage) in full.
  10. The animal owner is required to pick up the animal on the agreed-upon day and time. If the owner fails to do so (without prior extension of the stay), the animal will be considered as abandoned. The operator will immediately notify the owner in writing and ask for immediate pick up. If the owner does not contact the operator within 24 hours after the scheduled end of the stay and/or notification, the animal will be deemed abandoned and handed over to a shelter, with the owner being informed about this action.
  11. We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), as well as Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.
  12. Contract is prepared in two copies, one of which will be provided to the animal owner and one to the operator of the Cat Zone hotel.
